The short answer
Tell visitors which properties and areas you serve, what a clean includes, and how to request an estimate. Use property size and service frequency to qualify enquiries. Promise a confirmed booking only when your actual scheduling process supports it.
HOME CLEANING / QUOTE REQUEST
A cleaner home. A simpler week.
Tell us about your home and the help you need. Choose a one-off clean or a regular visit, then request an estimate.
- Choose your cleaning scope
- Tell us your preferred frequency
- Get an estimate before booking
Replace the service area, availability, and scope with your own details.
This is an interactive layout example, not a live business. Use the prompt below to create your own page and connect real form delivery.
Help a local customer check fit quickly
A cleaning service page should make the service area, type of cleaning, and enquiry process obvious. The fictional Fresh Start example demonstrates a quote request. It does not establish a real service area, availability, or price.
Write the opening around the service you actually provide: recurring home cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, or office cleaning. Those offers have different scope questions and may deserve separate pages when you can provide genuinely different details.
Explain what is included
Give visitors a concise list of included tasks, important exclusions, and any preparation you require. Explain whether supplies are included and whether pets or access arrangements affect the visit. Only display insurance, background-check, or certification claims when you can substantiate them.
Use your own job photos with permission. Stock photos can illustrate a page, but should not be presented as a completed customer job. Real reviews need permission and accurate attribution; do not ask an assistant to generate them.
Collect enough detail for the next step
| Field | Use |
|---|---|
| Name and email | Required contact route |
| Area or postcode | Check coverage without collecting a full address too early |
| Type of cleaning | Route the enquiry to the right service |
| Approximate property size | Helps estimate scope |
| Preferred timing | A request, not a confirmed slot |
| Phone | Optional unless you need it to arrange the work |
Avoid promising an instant quote if a person must review the property details. “Request a quote” is more accurate. Explain when and how you normally respond, using a timeframe you can meet.

Make a useful local page
Mention places you genuinely serve and include relevant details about reaching customers there. Creating dozens of nearly identical town pages is unlikely to help visitors choose you. A new location page should earn its place through real coverage information, local work, and distinct service details.
Keep business contact information consistent with your other public profiles. If you include structured data, it must describe the actual business and information visible on the page. Do not add invented ratings or an address where the business is not located. See Google’s LocalBusiness guidance.
Test the quote request
Send a realistic submission through the public page. Confirm that area, property size, and timing reach the inbox or configured destination. Review the page on a phone because a local customer may be comparing providers while away from a desktop.
The quote request template offers a more detailed project flow. Use the SEO checklist for titles, descriptions, links, and indexability.
