The short answer
Explain what participants will do and take away, then state the real schedule, requirements, and price. An application needs review; a confirmed booking needs a real registration process. Pageree enquiry forms do not issue tickets or take payment.
WORKSHOP / APPLICATION CONCEPT
Bring an offer. Leave with a clearer brief.
A workshop concept for founders shaping a service offer. Work through the buyer, promise, and next action before designing the page.
- A practical writing exercise
- A worked offer example
- A draft brief to develop
Fictional workshop. Supply a real schedule and registration process; this does not reserve a seat.
This is an interactive layout example, not a live business. Use the prompt below to create your own page and connect real form delivery.
Explain what participants will do
A workshop landing page should let someone picture the work, not just the topic. “Learn about positioning” describes a subject. “Bring one service offer and draft a clearer buyer statement, promise, and enquiry question” describes an activity and a useful output.
The fictional Working Session preview shows a workshop application page for founders refining a service offer. It is a local demonstration with no scheduled event, reserved seats, or payments. Replace the example with your confirmed format, facilitator, schedule, and registration route before using it for a real workshop.
Choose applications or direct bookings
Use an application when you need to assess fit, review prerequisites, or assemble a group with relevant experience. The form should say that a submission needs review. Use an external booking or ticketing flow when visitors can claim an available place immediately. Do not call an application a confirmed booking.
For a paid workshop, make the payment destination clear and keep pricing and cancellation information consistent between the landing page and checkout. Stripe’s Payment Links documentation describes a hosted payment route, but a payment link alone does not establish your workshop’s attendance management or schedule. Confirm those processes separately.
Give enough detail for someone to prepare
| Detail | Example to adapt, not a promised event |
|---|---|
| Outcome | A draft one-page brief for a service offer |
| Format | Small-group exercises with individual writing time |
| Prerequisite | Bring one offer you are actively considering |
| Materials | A worksheet supplied by the organizer |
| Schedule | Confirmed date, start time, duration, and time zone |
| Follow-up | State whether notes, feedback, or a recording are included |
An agenda should show the sequence of work. For the illustrative offer workshop, start by defining the buyer, inspect an example together, draft individual messages, and reserve time for questions. Label approximate timings as a plan rather than a guaranteed minute-by-minute experience.
Ask for the information that affects admission or preparation: name, email, the offer they are working on, and a short note about the intended customer. Avoid long application forms designed merely to create a sense of exclusivity. If materials require particular software or an existing account, say so before registration.
Copy this build prompt
Build a workshop landing page for [workshop name].
Participants: [who it suits].
Activity and take-home output: [specific work and deliverable].
Prerequisites: [actual knowledge, materials, or software].
Facilitator: [verified background].
Schedule: [confirmed date, time, timezone, duration].
Price and policies: [actual details].
Registration: [application form / approved external ticket URL].
Use an outcome-led hero, practical agenda, fit and prerequisites,
facilitator context, schedule, FAQ, and one registration action.
Do not invent capacity, credentials, testimonials, or certification.
For applications, collect name, email, and one preparation question.
Say review is required and no seat is reserved by submission.
For paid tickets, link to the real external checkout; do not create
fake payment fields or claim Pageree handles tickets.
Create a responsive private Pageree draft, configure enquiry
delivery if relevant, and return its preview for my review.
Review the attendee’s entire journey
Read the page as someone in a different time zone. Check whether the venue or online meeting details are available at the right stage, who answers access questions, and what happens if the organizer changes the date. Supply accessibility information based on the actual venue or platform rather than generic promises.
Use a test record you control to verify the final application receipt or the ticket provider’s supported test process. If a confirmation email is promised, inspect that email. Pageree’s owner notification does not send calendar invitations or deliver a participant workbook automatically.
After launch, distinguish submitted applications, accepted applicants, paid places, and attendees in your reporting. They answer different questions about the workshop. The event RSVP template helps with a simpler free-event response, while the webinar template focuses on an online session. Use the form-to-email guide when applications should reach your inbox for manual review.
