The short answer

Name the renovation projects and locations you serve, then show genuine work with useful scope captions. Ask enough to assess the enquiry before estimating. A submitted form is not a site assessment, accepted quote, or confirmed project slot.

Focus on a project you can assess

A home renovation landing page works best when it names a project type and the area you serve. A homeowner considering a kitchen refurbishment needs different information from someone asking about an extension. Give each offer enough detail to make the first enquiry useful instead of placing every trade service under a generic headline.

The fictional Room Plan preview presents a renovation-enquiry concept. It has no real contractor, availability, quotation service, or completed projects behind it. Replace the sample copy with your business details and authorized project photography before publishing a real page.

Show what the work involved

Before-and-after photographs are useful when the captions explain the same project honestly. State the room or project type, the work your team performed, and a relevant scope detail. Do not imply that a stock interior or AI concept image is a completed renovation. Label concept visuals clearly and keep unrelated inspiration separate from evidence of your work.

The page should explain your process from initial enquiry to assessment, written scope, and agreed work. A submitted form is not a finished estimate. The US FTC’s home-improvement guidance describes the practical importance of written estimates with work, materials, timing, and price. Use your own location’s applicable requirements when preparing actual contracts; this template is a marketing structure.

Ask questions that change the estimate

Start with the project type, approximate location, what the homeowner wants to change, and their intended timing. A budget range can be useful if it affects whether the project is a fit; explain that the range is for planning rather than an accepted price. Allow “not sure yet” where a homeowner is still exploring.

For an illustrative kitchen enquiry, useful context might be “replace cabinets and worktops, retain the current layout, discuss work after winter.” That is more actionable than a form with only a name and email. It still leaves measurements, access, technical assessment, and a final price to your real quoting process.

Do not add a photo-upload field simply because an AI-generated design makes it look convenient. This template uses text enquiries. If photographs are needed, arrange an established sharing route during follow-up and verify that route separately.

Do not include file uploads, fake availability, guaranteed prices,
invented reviews, or concept images presented as completed work.
State that the request needs assessment and is not a booking.

Review the page against real operational limits

Confirm that the advertised service area matches where you can inspect and deliver work. Check project-image permissions, scope wording, and any promises about waste removal, materials, scheduling, or subcontractors. If an answer depends on the property, say that the assessment will establish it.

After publishing, submit a marked test from a phone. Verify that multiline project details and optional fields reach the destination clearly. If your team works in a CRM, the Pipedrive recipe explains why a contact and a project lead are separate records. For a simpler starting point, use the quote-request template and email delivery guide.
