**The short answer.** Explain which learners and subjects you support, how lessons work, and how someone can ask about availability. Use an appropriate parent or adult contact path. A lesson enquiry is not a confirmed booking or a guarantee of learning results.

## The template example

An interactive example of this page is at https://pageree.com/templates/tutor-landing-page/#template-example. Its demo form runs in the browser and collects nothing. The business is fictional.

- Brand: Clear Steps
- Eyebrow: TUTORING / LESSON ENQUIRY CONCEPT
- Headline: Make the next maths topic less confusing.
- Description: A tutor-page concept with a clear subject, learner level, and first conversation about suitable lessons.
- Benefits: A specific teaching focus; A practical lesson explanation; An appropriate adult contact path
- Form field: Subject, learner level, and preferred format
- Call to action: Ask about lessons
- Note: Fictional tutor. No qualifications, grade outcomes, lesson availability, or bookings are claimed.

## Make the subject and learner level clear

A tutor landing page should help a parent or adult learner decide whether your teaching fits their need. Name the subject, level, format, and kind of support you actually provide before asking for an enquiry. “Reach your potential” leaves the practical questions unanswered; “Online algebra support for adult learners returning to study” gives someone a useful starting point.

The fictional Clear Steps preview illustrates a tutor offering introductory maths lesson enquiries. It is a local design demonstration, not a tutoring business, lesson booking, or claim about student progress. Replace its scope with your real teaching offer and use only qualifications and experience you can support.

## Describe the lesson rather than promise a result

Explain what happens during a session. You might review one difficult topic, work through examples together, and agree on practice for the next meeting. Say whether you provide materials, help with an existing course, or work toward a named examination syllabus. Include an examination board only if you teach that curriculum.

Avoid guaranteed grades, acceptance outcomes, or accelerated progress claims. A representative exercise can demonstrate how you explain a concept without making a promise about every learner. If you show a worked example you created for the page, label it as a sample lesson activity.

| Detail | What the prospective learner needs |
| --- | --- |
| Subject and level | The exact topics and stages you teach |
| Teaching format | Online, in person, or both, with actual location limits |
| Session structure | Duration, group size, and typical activities |
| Preparation | Materials or software the learner needs |
| Price | Your actual rate and what it includes, or an enquiry route |
| Background | Genuine qualifications and relevant teaching experience |
| Next step | An availability enquiry or a real external booking flow |

## Give parents and adult learners an appropriate contact path

For tutoring offered to children, direct the initial enquiry to the parent or guardian. Ask for the adult's name and reply address, the subject, approximate learning level, and preferred lesson format. You can discuss detailed learning needs through your established intake process after assessing fit.

For adult tuition, the learner can enquire directly. A simple field asking “Which topic would you like help with?” often gives more useful context than a long assessment form. Do not ask for a child's full records, identity documents, or detailed personal history in a general public form.

Use visible field labels and explain which details are required. [W3C's form guidance](https://www.w3.org/WAI/tutorials/forms/) recommends requesting relevant information and providing labels, instructions, and feedback. Those principles help someone complete an enquiry without guessing what you need.

## Copy this build prompt

```text
Build a tutor landing page for [tutor or practice name].
Subject and learner level: [specific scope].
Teaching format and area: [real options].
Lesson structure: [duration, activities, group size].
Qualifications and experience: [verified facts].
Price and availability: [actual details or enquiry-first process].
Contact audience: [parent/guardian or adult learner].
Proof: [authorized sample exercise or genuine testimonial].
Use a clear subject-led hero, lesson explanation, tutor background,
fit section, practical FAQ, and an availability enquiry form.
Ask for the adult contact name, email, subject/level, and preferred
format. Avoid collecting sensitive learner records. Do not invent
grades, qualifications, reviews, safeguarding claims, or vacancies.
Say that an enquiry does not confirm a lesson or take payment.
Create a private Pageree draft with appropriate form privacy
controls and owner delivery. Return the preview for review before
publication. List the live delivery checks I should perform.
## Make availability and follow-up believable
If you review every enquiry before accepting a learner, say so. Explain when and how you normally reply without promising a response time you cannot maintain. An external scheduler can offer available slots, but the link and its confirmation process need separate setup. Pageree's enquiry form does not create a lesson in a calendar.
Test the public form with information you control and confirm that subject, level, and format arrive in a useful message. Check the experience on a phone and verify any scheduling links. Avoid publishing identifiable learner work or photographs without the appropriate permission.
