**The short answer.** Choose one client type and one engagement, then explain the deliverables, exclusions, required inputs, and evidence. Distinguish your work from hoped-for business outcomes. A project enquiry needs a real review and follow-up process.

## The template example

An interactive example of this page is at https://pageree.com/templates/marketing-agency-landing-page/#template-example. Its demo form runs in the browser and collects nothing. The business is fictional.

- Brand: First Campaign
- Eyebrow: AGENCY / CAMPAIGN REVIEW CONCEPT
- Headline: Know what your campaign is asking people to do.
- Description: A focused review concept for one service-business campaign: inspect the message, page, and enquiry journey before planning the next change.
- Benefits: One campaign in scope; A prioritized written review; A practical implementation brief
- Form field: Your offer and main campaign question
- Call to action: Request a fit discussion
- Note: Illustrative agency offer. No clients, ROI, advertising results, or implementation work is claimed.

## Offer one engagement a buyer can understand

A marketing agency landing page should explain a specific service for a defined customer. “We help brands grow” may fit an agency homepage, but it gives a prospective buyer little to assess. A focused campaign page can describe an offer such as reviewing the message and enquiry flow for one service-business landing page.

The fictional First Campaign preview is an agency-offer concept, not a real agency or documented client engagement. It shows how to present a scoped campaign review without fabricating client logos, revenue improvements, or ad performance. Replace every sample claim with evidence from work you can actually show.

## Separate the deliverable from the hoped-for outcome

Clients may want more sales, but the service you deliver could be research, campaign setup, copy, design, or ongoing optimization. Name those outputs and explain the assumptions that connect them to the client's objective. Do not guarantee a revenue figure when pricing, sales follow-up, traffic quality, and other business factors are outside the engagement.

For an illustrative review offer, deliverables could include a message-match assessment, a prioritized page review, and a short implementation brief. State whether execution is included. Otherwise a buyer may reasonably expect the agency to make changes when it only supplies advice.

| Decision | What the page should clarify |
| --- | --- |
| Client fit | Business type, offer stage, and relevant channel |
| Engagement scope | The campaign or page included |
| Deliverables | What the client receives and in which format |
| Client inputs | Access, materials, and decisions needed to start |
| Exclusions | Ad spend, development, creative production, or sales operations where excluded |
| Evidence | An authorized case study or clearly labelled sample |
| Action | A fit discussion or a scoped project enquiry |

## Make evidence inspectable

If you publish a real case study, identify the work, the measurement period, and the metric's definition. A lead count means little without explaining what counted as a lead and which part of the work you performed. Do not convert a colleague's estimate into an attributed customer quotation.

When there is no public case study, show a sample analysis or an anonymized example you are authorized to share. Label its status. The FTC's [endorsements and reviews resources](https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/advertising-marketing/endorsements-influencers-reviews) provide US guidance on using testimonials; your own claims should also be appropriate for the markets where you advertise.

## Ask questions that support a useful first conversation

Name, work email, business URL, advertised offer, and the main campaign question are a practical starting point. Ask about budget only if you use that answer to qualify the engagement, and distinguish your fee from media spend. An enquiry form is not the place for account passwords or API credentials.

Tell the visitor what happens next. “We'll review your context and reply about fit” is appropriate for manual qualification. “Your campaign is ready” would be false when nothing has been assessed or implemented.

## Copy this build prompt

```text
Build a landing page for [agency] offering [one service].
Audience: [specific client type and stage].
Client problem: [concrete situation].
Deliverables and exclusions: [actual scope].
Timing, price, and required inputs: [verified terms].
Evidence: [authorized case study with definitions / labelled sample].
Primary action: Request a fit discussion.
Use a specific hero, engagement scope, process, real evidence,
fit section, FAQ, and a short enquiry form. Ask for name, work
email, business URL, current offer, and the main campaign question.
Do not invent customers, logos, ROI, qualifications, or capacity.
Distinguish advice from implementation and fees from media spend.
Do not collect account passwords. State that the request needs review.
Create a private Pageree draft with form delivery, return its
preview URL, and wait for review before publishing.
## Check the handoff to the person doing the work
Send a marked test enquiry through the published form and confirm that its context reaches the team member responsible for qualification. If the destination is a CRM, inspect the final record rather than accepting a webhook receipt as success. Check the same workflow after changing a field name.
Use the [productized service template](https://pageree.com/templates/productized-service-landing-page/) to tighten the scope. For a CRM process, follow the [HubSpot guide](https://pageree.com/integrations/hubspot/). The [brief worksheet](https://pageree.com/guides/landing-page-brief-template/) helps collect the evidence and terms before asking your assistant to write the page.
