# Reports and review

This is the applicable version of the Pageree legal package. It applies to accounts created or subscriptions purchased on or after that date; accounts that accepted an earlier version keep it until they accept a newer one. Viewing this page does not by itself create an agreement, start a trial, or authorize a payment.

## 1. Send a report

Email [abuse@pageree.com](mailto:abuse@pageree.com) about a page hosted by Pageree. Include its exact URL, a clear explanation of the concern, relevant facts and supporting references, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate and complete to your knowledge.

For an intellectual-property complaint, identify the protected work or right, the allegedly infringing material and its location, and your authority to report it. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. You do not need a Pageree account to report a concern. If identifying yourself would create a safety risk, explain that and provide only an appropriate contact method.

For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service. This inbox is not an emergency response service. Do not send or make additional copies of illegal sexual material involving children; provide a location and report to the appropriate authorities.

## 2. How we handle reports

We assess the information, urgency, applicable law and the [acceptable-use rules](https://pageree.com/terms#acceptable-use). We may ask for missing information, preserve limited evidence, contact the publisher, restrict an affected feature or remove access to content. A report does not automatically establish that content is unlawful.

When we can contact you, we acknowledge receipt and explain the decision and available review route as appropriate. A publisher ordinarily receives the affected URL or feature, grounds for the restriction, whether automation was involved and how to request review. We may limit or delay notice where law, an investigation or a credible safety risk requires it.

Information may be shared with the publisher, advisers or authorities as necessary and lawful. We avoid unnecessary disclosure of reporter identity. We handle reports objectively and assess repeated substantiated infringement or abuse when deciding whether account restrictions are justified.

## 3. Request a review

If you believe a decision is mistaken, reply to the decision or email [abuse@pageree.com](mailto:abuse@pageree.com) with its reference, the affected page, the outcome you dispute and relevant evidence. A person reviews the objection; rerunning the same automated moderation check is not the entire review. This route is free.

You may use this route for six months after a decision, and later where applicable law requires it. We explain the review outcome and correct a mistaken restriction. Pageree is a small operator; an independent reviewer may not always be available, and we do not represent that a separate appeals department exists.

This process does not remove any right to contact a regulator, court, legally available dispute-resolution body or other competent authority. The abuse inbox is not a representation that Pageree has registered a US DMCA designated agent. Specific statutory notices are handled according to the law applicable to them.

## 4. Security and privacy incidents

Report a suspected vulnerability or personal-data disclosure to [privacy@pageree.com](mailto:privacy@pageree.com). Include the affected endpoint, a safe description, the time and a way to contact you.

Do not access other people’s records, disrupt the service, publish credentials or send live personal data as proof. Stop testing when you encounter someone else’s information. Contact us to agree a safe way to share sensitive evidence. This page does not authorize intrusive testing or offer a bug bounty.
